Our care packages are provided free of charge. To help us continue offering this support, we’ve included an option for those who are able to contribute towards the cost of their package. We also kindly ask that you cover the postage, which is sent via Royal Mail. You can choose between first and second class delivery.

Our care packages are handed out to Endometriosis Surgery Patients on the day of surgery at the following hospitals so you can wait to receive one at hosptial or continue to order one now.
- Castle Hill Hospital, Hull (BSGE Endometriosis Specialist Centre)
- Hull Royal Infirmary - Cedar Ward
- York Hospital (BSGE Endometriosis Specialist Centre)
- Scarborough General Hospital
- Scunthorpe General Hospital (BSGE Endometriosis Specialist Centre)
All of our care packages are made with love by a very small team so please be patient while we make it for you. We aim to have them posted to you within a week of ordering but this can be longer depending on how many orders we receive.
Our Endometriosis Surgery Care Packages include the following items:
- Sleep mask & ear plugs - just in case you need to stay overnight in hospital.
- Under eye mask and nail file - a little bit of self care always helps!
- Hair bobble - just incase you forget yours
- Mint & throat lozenges - you can get a bit of a dry, sore throat when you come round from surgery so these should help to ease it.
- Menstrual pad - some bleeding post surgery is normal.
- An anxiety toy & printed anxiety toolkit - helps those restless hands & minds
- Tissues - surgery can be quite emotional for some so tissues are a must!
- Moisturiser & lip balm - surgery can dry your skin.
- Peppermint tea - this can help with post surgery gas pain & bloating.
- Information & support leaflets.
- A pen to write notes on your questions card.
