Dispatch Times – We will aim to dispatch your order within 3 days of it being placed. If you haven’t received a shipping notification within 3 days of placing your order or if you have any concerns then please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Shipping – All items are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class. We can currently only ship to mainland UK. We hope in time to be able to offer more options for you. All shipping costs are calculated by the sizes and weights of your full boxed orders.
Packaging – We aim to only use recyclable, biodegradable or recycled packaging, but we also re-use packaging that we have received (some of which may include non recyclable materials).
Refunds Policy – This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights.
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel your order for a full refund. Please note that any items that have been opened are non refundable due to health and hygiene reasons, unless the items are faulty or do not meet the product description. If you would like to return a product to us it must be in a saleable condition and returned to us in its original packaging – we cannot accept tea, Beyou products, pill boxes, Personal Hygiene products or any edible items which have been opened or tampered with unless they found to be faulty or incorrectly dispatched.
We package our orders very carefully however sometimes parcels can get damaged in transit. If this happens please contact us in the first instance so we can offer a replacement to you. We may ask you to send them back or we may ask for photographs instead and then we will action a replacement for you.
Please reach out to us via email within 14 days of the product shipping date, stating the date you ordered, your order number, full name and your reason for requesting a refund. Please note that we do not offer refunds on postage costs unless the order was received faulty.
Please note with all refunds and exchanges, return delivery charges are your responsibility and only if the item is found to be damaged or incorrect with these charges be refunded. Please keep proof of postage. This does not affect your statutory rights.
You must take care to ensure that the goods you return are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged in transit. If the product if found to be beyond any damage that your photographs evidenced then we may reject a refund.
Unauthorised items will not be refunded. Any items that are returned and have ‘wear and tear’ damage may be denied a refund upon our inspection.
